Hmmm it's good to eat good food!!! Here is another delicious dish u'll love to try it's combination of Irish and sweet potatoes with yam I'm sure by nw you are wondering how can you use 3 different tubers...trust me it's very nice! Below are ingredients and methods of preparations
Ingredients:
1. Irish Potato
2. Sweet Potato
3. Yam (optional)
4. Chicken (debone and shred)
5. Dry fish (optional)
6. Crayfish
7. Carrots
8. Cabbage
9. Onions
10. Spring Onions
11. Green Pepper and Red Pepper (tatashe)
12. Green Beans
13. Seasoning and Spices of your choice
14. Butter

Method of preparation (wash ingredients thoroughly)
Step 1: Peel Irish and sweet potatoes (dice in cubes)
Step 2: Season the chicken and when it's done shred it and keep d stock aside
Step 3: Pour the stock in the pot and add some water not too much to the quantity of your tubers
Step 4: Add butter,curry, seasoning, vegetable oil, shredded smoked fish, salt, crayfish, and bring to the boil
Step 5: When it's boiled add your tubers and allow to cook until it's soft.
Step 6: Meanwhile, chop all veggies aside in tiny diamond shapes or cubes for garnishing
Step 7: When the tubers are soft enough, mash it until it becomes pasty and lower the fire
Step 8: Add all veggies and allow to simmer for 2-3mins
Step 9: Serve with plantain, chicken or any protein of your choice.
