CHICKEN CHAO MAIN

INGREDIENTS 5 medium egg noodles One teaspoon sesame oil 11 ounces chicken breast sliced Dark soy sauce One teaspoon five spice powder One teaspoon Chili sauce One table spoon corn starch two tablespoon groundnut oil One red pepper sliced Five ounce bean sprouts One large spring onion Two table spoon light soy sauce Freshly ground black pepper    PROCEDURE Cook noodles on a pan of boiling water for three minutes until soft. Drain them in cold water. sprinkle bits of sesame oil toss through to prevent them from sticking to the pan season the chicken with dark soy sauce, alongside the five spice powder, Chile sauce. Mix well. Coat the chicken breast well with cornstarch. Heat a wok over high heat. Add groundnut oil heat until smoking. Add the chicken and stir fry till it has cooked thoroughly. Add the red ball pepper stir fry for 3 minutes Add green onion and bean sprout stir fry thoroughly too. Add the cooked noodles and season with soy sauce Add one teaspoon

ITALIAN RECIPE: RED WINE BEEF RAGU

A quick recipe of an italian meal is the red wine beef Ragu. A quick recipe and super satisfying. INGREDIENTS Half cup dry red wine 3 tablespoon of tomato paste 2 table spoon of flour 1 table spoon balsamic vinegar I medium onion 4 clove garlic 6 sprig fresh thyme 1 can whole peeled tomatoes Kosher salt Pepper 12 oz pasta Fresh basil Grated Parmesan 2 lb lean brisket DIRECTION In a 5 to 6 quart slow cooker, whisk together the wine, tomatoes paste,  flour and vinegar. Put in the onion, garlic, and thyme. Put the tomatoes crushing them with your hand. Cut the brisket against that grain into 3 inch pieces then cross those inch into have crosswise. Season them with half teaspoon salt each with pepper  and nestle in the sauce. Cover and cook till meat is tender and soft. 20 minutes before the ragu is finished cooked the pasta according to prescribe directions. Use two fork to break the meat into smaller pieces. Makes: 16 INGREDIENTS ; 2 level tbsp gelatin  1 1/4 cups water  2 cups granulated sugar  Pinch of cream of tartar  1 egg white, beaten stiffly  1 tsp vanilla  1/4 cup icing sugar 1/4 cup corn flour  METHOD ; Step1. Soak gelatin 1/2 cup water. Step2. Put sugar, cream of tartar, and 3/4 cup water in a saucepan, bring to the boil and let boil until syrup spins a thread when dropped from tip of spoon. Step3. Add soaked gelatin and let stand until cool. Step4. Add stiffly beaten egg white to syrup with vanilla.  Step5. Beat with electric beater mixer at full speed until mixture is white and spongy and beginning to set.  Step6. Pour into a pan that has been rinsed with water  Step7. Stand until quite firm and set, cut in squares. Step8. Blend icing sugar and corn flour and then, coat with sugar mixture.  NB: u
