PROCEDURE
Cook noodles on a pan of boiling water for three minutes until soft. Drain them in cold water. sprinkle bits of sesame oil toss through to prevent them from sticking to the pan

season the chicken with dark soy sauce, alongside the five spice powder, Chile sauce. Mix well. Coat the chicken breast well with cornstarch.
Heat a wok over high heat. Add groundnut oil heat until smoking. Add the chicken and stir fry till it has cooked thoroughly.
