VANILLA FUDGE

                           
      Vanilla fudge is a soft creamy candy, quick and easy to make, which you can as well use as food gifts such as birthdays or festive periods. You can make the creamiest naija homemade vanilla fudge ever by just following this quick and easy steps and thank us later, more fudge coming soon in our next post.

INGREDIENT;

1 lb. or 2 cups granulated sugar 
1 tin condensed milk (14oz) 
1 tbsp butter or margarine 
1 tsp vanilla essence

Method;

Step1. Dissolve water in approx 1/4 cup water over low heat. 
Step2. Add milk and butter and gently bring to the boil. 
Step3. Boil steadily, stirring constantly until the mixture becomes thick and creamy.
Step4. Remove pan from heat, add vanilla Essence and beat for a minute.
Step5. Pour fudge into a greased pan about 6-8" and leave to cool. 
Step6. When nearly set, mark squares with a sharp knife and cut when cold.
