Wonton soup (Chinese cuisine)

                Wonton soup It's a classic Chinese soup, it's more like dumpling mostly found in Chinese cuisines, it can be accompanied with noodles. INGREDIENTS ; 12 shrimps  1 tsp salt  1 tsp black pepper  24 wonton skin  4 cups chicken broth or stock  1 cup chopped spinach  2 tbsp finely chopped chive METHOD 1. Season shrimps with salt and black pepper 2. Place 1 tsp shrimps on wonton skins, fold and squeeze  3. Heat broth, add spinach and cook for 2 mins  4. Ad wontons to broth and cook for few mins until cooked  5. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped chives. Bon appetite! 

Spaghetti and tuna!!!

Spaghetti and tuna is quite an easy meal to prepare, affordable and delicious. INGREDIENTS ; 1 pack of spaghetti  1 clove garlic  1/2 cup thinly sliced celery  2 tbspn margarine 1/2 tsp oregano 1 cup cooked of canned salad beans  1 can cream of chicken soup  1 can tuna  1/2 cup chopped tomatoes  1/2 cup water  PREPARATION ; 1. Cook spag according to package drain and rinse wit cold water  2. In a large pot saute garlic, celery, and oregano in margarine  3. Add beans soup,tuna,tomato and water. 4. Cook stirring occasionally until heated about 10-15 mins. Then adjust seasoning   TIPS: (add a little oil to water wen boiling pasta to prevent from sticking) Bon appetite! Comments and thoughts!

Food taboo is a prohitbition against certain kind of food in a particular area, during a phase of life(pregnancy, childbirth, menstral period), on the basis of religion (Christianity, Islam), violation of which is belived to be punishable automatically by spiritual means.   Hmm yummy yummy yummy! Hot milk spongecake very nice and delicious, it is irresistible and you just have to try this. Below are ingredients and methods. Ingredient for Hot milk sponge cake 1 cup flour (less 2tbsp)  1/4 tsp salt  1 tsp baking powder  2 large eggs  1 cup granulated sugar  1 tsp vanilla  1/2 cup milk  2  tbsp magarine  5 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp magarine  2 tbsp milk  1/2 cup chopped walnuts  1/2 cup grated coconut    Methods Step1. Sift flour and combine with salt and baking powder.  Step2. Beat eggs until light and fluffy, gradually beat in sugar and vanilla for 5mins.  Step3. Fold flour mixture into beaten egs and sugar.  Step4. Heat milk and 2 tbsp margarine (don't let it come to boil) and add to batter, cream well. Step5.
