Apple pancake is one dessert you simply can't resist, you'll love every bite but the good news is? you can make yourself and trust me it's quite easy.
PREP TIME: 10-15mins
INGREDIENTS
500g flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 egg
Margarine or butter
2 tablespoon milk
1 cup of water
2 teaspoons of flavour (any flavour)
Nutmeg (optional)
Almond seeds (optional)
PROCEDURE
STEP 1. mix all dried ingredients in a bowl I.e flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, almond and nutmeg.
STEP2. Add the water and mix thoroughly not too thick but should be dropping consistently.
STEP3. Add egg and any flavour of your choice. (Slice the apple thinly and keep aside)
STEP4. Get a medium sized pan and rub little butter on the surface, now gently place each sliced apple on it, on low heat. And pour the mixture gently till it covers the apple. You can then flip to the other side.
Tips: get a cutter and serve with either jam or whatever wish. Hmmm yummy! You'll enjoy every bite.
