Wonton soup
It's a classic Chinese soup, it's more like dumpling mostly found in Chinese cuisines, it can be accompanied with noodles.
INGREDIENTS;
12 shrimps
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
24 wonton skin
4 cups chicken broth or stock
1 cup chopped spinach
2 tbsp finely chopped chive
METHOD
1. Season shrimps with salt and black pepper
2. Place 1 tsp shrimps on wonton skins, fold and squeeze
3. Heat broth, add spinach and cook for 2 mins
4. Ad wontons to broth and cook for few mins until cooked
5. Season to taste and sprinkle with chopped chives.
