Amazing coconut ice cream, insanely creamy, quick and easy to make and very rich. Hmmm yummy! what more can you ask for.
INGREDIENTS:
3 cups coconut milk
3 tins evaporated milk
2 tbsp. custard powder or cornflour
2 cans condensed milk
Vanilla extract.
METHOD:
1. Combine coconut milk and custard powder or cornflour, cook over low heat stirring continuously until thick and smooth.
2. Sweeten to taste with condensed milk
3. Flavour with vanilla extract
4. Pour in freezer can and allow to freeze.
