Cracker cake dessert (dessert Thursday)

                       

Cracker cake dessert it's another dessert Thursday it's something you gottah love to eat and give a try.
*Serves12 
INGREDIENTS;
4 egg whites 
1 tsp baking powder 
1 1/2cups sugar 
1 1/2cups whipped cream 
8 oz cream cheese 
1 large tin crushed pineapple 
Cherries or strawberries for decorations 

METHODS;
1. Beat egg whites; add baking powder and sugar gradually and continue beating until stiff 
2. Fold cracker crumbs and nuts into egg white mixture 
3. Pour into 13"by 9" greased baking dish, bake at 325f for 30mins or until form, remove from oven and cool. 
4. Beat together whipped cream, cream cheese and pineapple and spread over baked egg white 
5. Decorate with strawberries or cherries and chill.
