Pasta with cheeseburgers is a delicious, healthy, and classic recipe for your family.
Serves: 4
INGREDIENTS;
1/2 lb. spaghetti or macaroni
1 lb. ground beef
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 can tomatoes, crushed
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 cup grated cheese
METHOD;
Step1. Break macaroni or spaghetti in 3 pieces and cook as indicated on package; drain it.
Step2. Combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, ketchup, salt, and pepper
Step3. Shape mixture into 4 patties; brown quickly in butter, drain and keep aside.
Step4. Cook onion, celery in same pot until tender, add tomato and celery salt and bring to the boil, summer uncovered for 5 mins.
Step5. Stir in spaghetti and pour into a baking dish.
Step6. Top up with patties and sprinkle with cheese.
Step7. Then, bake at 375f for 20-30 mins.
