Friedrice shrimps!!!

                              

Fried rice (shrimps) is a colorful, palatable, and tasty Chinese meal, the aroma is so inviting and I bet you'll love every bite and would like to eat over and over.
INGREDIENTS;
2 eggs 
3/4 tbsp salt 
4 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup finely chopped chive 
1 cup small shrimps 
1/2 cup green peas 
1/2 cup chopped carrots 
1/2 cup green beans chopped 
1/2 cup sweet corn (optional)
4 cups cooked long grain rice 
2 tbsp soy sauce 

METHOD;
1. Beat egg with 1/4 teaspoon salt
2. Heat 1 tbsp oil, add chive and stir fry 30sec, add eggs, stir and cook until soft curd forms.
3. Remove from pan and set aside 
4. Heat another 1tbsp oil, add shrimps and peas and stir fry for about 2mins and remove from pan 
5. Heat rest of the oil, add rice and stir fry for 2 mins to heat through 
6. Add soy sauce, and shrimps mixture to rice and stir well.
7. Add eggs and fold in until they are small in pieces and adjust salt. 
Tips; alternatively you can use cooked chopped meats in place of shrimps
