FOOD THAT RELIEVE MENSURATION CRAMPS

     Menstral cramps occur during monthly menstration among women. It comes with several symptoms which could be very painful and difficult to bear. In some cases nothing may seem to be working to make this period go by. Thank God for some foods that could be eaten before and during period to help deal with the cramps and reduce other symptoms as well.
     Firstly is water,  drinking lots of water helps drive cramps away and keep you hydrated.
     Salmon which contains omega 3 and vitamin D if eating before period helps keep cramps in check and prevent bloating. The protein in fish, meat, and egg helps maintain stable blood flow and stable energy which also helps keep our mood stable.
    Take lots of warm green tea, it helps aids flow of blood and ease pain too. Peppermint tea can also ease an upset stomach.
    Eat lots of bananas before and during monthly period. It reduce menstral cramps.
   Leafy green vegetables such as spinach, cabbage helps a great deal to reduce cramps. Make sure to add green vegetables to your diet. In addition to the calcium it offers. You could also blend to smoothie mix with fruit or almond milk.
   Pineapple are also nice fruits too for periods. It boost your mood , makes you feel happier and gives you the strength you need. It also helps relax your muscle. You could blend the pineapple to a smoothie, drink it or eat it plain.
   Take lots of cherries, avocados, tarts it reduces muscle ache. It contains nutrients like potassium, magnesium, calcium which relieve sore and inflammation.
   Taking dark chocolate helps improve moods and irritability. It contains serotonin which regulate mood.
  To relive stress and anxiety during period also take lots of blueberries, lettuce, cucumber it also keeps you hydrated.
  For those that has Insomnia as a symptom take oranges it increases melatonin concentration that helps control our sleep- wake cycle. It enhances the ability to fall sleep at bed time.
  Consume seasame seeds and almond seeds it gives calcium which helps reduce muscle cramping.
  Poor nutrition can worsen menstral symptoms so make sure you eat well, and balanced diet too.
Brown rice contains vitamin B6 and its advisable to eat during periods. ginger, walnut broccoli, olive oil are helpful to.
Make sure you avoid intake of alcohol, fatty foods, carbonated beverages they are worse foods during periods.
   Finally, it is advisable to see a doctor or medical practitioner if pain persist.
